Step into the warm, lived-in lanes of Fraser Town and join us for an intimate Iftar walk that feels less like a restaurant spread and more like a beautifully kept family secret. This is a carefully curated feast of 12–14 soulful courses, celebrating traditional Muslim kitchens from across the country — each dish shaped by memory, region and ritual.

The first notes are gentle and comforting: a bowl of soul-warming harira, crisp golden samosas and a deeply aromatic, slow-cooked haleem that clings lovingly to the spoon. Soon, the table fills with indulgence — delicate brain puffs, juicy shammis, sinful koftas and pillowy, freshly baked naan, served alongside richly spiced chicken and mutton gravies that demand to be torn into and savoured by hand.

The journey continues with fragrant biryani, indulgent shawarma rolls, tender quail and smoky sheekh kebabs — each bite revealing a different accent of the subcontinent’s Muslim culinary heritage.

What truly elevates this Iftar is that several dishes are prepared the way they are meant to be — home-made, family-style recipes that rarely leave private kitchens. The kind of food you do not find on printed menus, only on trusted tables.

Just when you think you can manage no more, a soothing cup of Sulaimani chai arrives — light, fragrant and quietly restorative — inviting you to slow down and savour the moment. To refresh the palate, we serve a cooling Rooh Afza with a bright splash of lemon and delicate chia seeds.

The finale is unapologetically indulgent: soft egg pudding, jewel-toned khubani ka meetha, the ever-beloved double ka meetha — and, not to be missed, an irresistibly overloaded khoya naan.

Between mouthfuls and memories, we gently weave in stories of Fraser Town’s vibrant past, along with the traditions of Ramzan and the deeper meaning of fasting in Islam — adding a warm cultural layer to an already rich culinary journey.
